Mitsubishi Motors introduced KG ZAICO at its Mizushima Plant to improve inventory management for a large volume of tools, with over 40,000 items including drills and cutting tips used across multiple factories.
Previously, these were managed using a decades-old Access-based system that had become difficult to maintain, prompting the search for a modern inventory solution.

After selecting KG ZAICO for its ease of use and reasonable cost, many veteran workers were able to start using the system with minimal training.
KG ZAICO has helped standardize inventory operations and make stock information visible even when key staff are absent.

The ability to register inbound data in batches from purchase system export files has significantly streamlined workflows and reduced labor costs.
Real-time inventory visibility enables staff to check current stock instantly and respond quickly when discrepancies are found.

What once required five workers over five days can now be completed by two workers in half a day.
